This week saw our Year 9 and Year 10 pupils all represent their House at either Hockey, Table Tennis, Drama or Quiz.

The weather was glorious for the Hockey competitions and, especially considering the lack of School Hockey over the past 12 months, the standard was impressively high. In Year 9 Ottrey finished as winners after a thrilling 1v1 shootout, and Burnett took the Year 10 title.

The Table Tennis was hyped by Mr Clark playing his favourite 90’s boyband tracks to keep the boys’ energy and skill levels high, with Ford winning both Year 9 and Year 10 competitions. The Quiz rounds were excellently compered by Mr Wilson, whose mix of niche genres and general knowledge saw 10 Ford winning on Tuesday and 9 Woodland on Thursday.

Miss Walter expertly guided the boys along a creative path for the Drama competitions, with self-penned scenes involving a camera man, a TikTok dance, a film reference, a celebrity reference and a prop being used the only criteria given. 10 Warwick were adjudged winners on Tuesday with 9 Burnett taking the crown on Thursday.
