To increase convenience for parents/guardians and remove the need for cash or cheques to be brought to school we operate a cashless system and ask all parents/guardians to use our e-payment method to pay for Lunch money, Trips, Subs, Materials, Voluntary Contributions etc.
During the first week of term, students have their finger image registered which will then be translated to an alpha numeric number. At this point, the image is then discarded. The system is then able to recognise each invidual student; hold individual cash balances, record cash spent and cash received, record where money is spent - be it trips, subs etc, or on what food, on any specific date and the time of day.
ParentPay is our preferred method of payment. Using a secure website called ParentPay you are able to pay online using your debit card. We hope that everyone will benefit from the payment facility. Parents have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; making a payment using your debit card is straightforward and ParentPay holds an electronic record of all payments for you to view at a later date. When you make a payment, an email confirmation is sent to you, giving you reassurance that the transaction has been successful. Account activiation usernames and passwords are emailed home at the start of term. Once you receive your log in details visit
