On Wednesday, the 1^st XI team played against Piggott School in the School League.  The game started tensely, with both teams making mistakes and allowing the opposition in goal, but both sides missed a host of chances. As the first half progressed, Windsor Boys’ managed to find the back of the net twice, with clinical finishes from Tom Jansen.  Piggott School continued to push forward but were kept at bay by Freddie Ramsden-Head in the Windsor goal.  In the second half Windsor changed formation to play on the counterattack, which allowed Piggott more possession.  However, this worked well as Will Gillies broke clear and won a penalty that was coolly converted by Oli Bach. As the game continued, Piggott had chance e after chance but could not finish them with the outstanding Ramsden head pulling off save after save. The game finished 3-1 with Windsor holding on but overall it was a well fought victory.
