Students should attend these sessions to ensure they receive all relevant information. The process takes place in stages, from the end of the Autumn term to the Spring term.

Sixth Form open evenings

  • 20 October 2026: courses taught at the Windsor Girls’ School site
  • 22 October 2026: courses taught at The Windsor Boys’ School site

We do hope you will come along. Students are encouraged to attend both open evenings where possible.

Applying

Students who wish to apply to Windsor Schools Sixth Form will need to complete an online application form HERE (Application Form For Entry into Windsor Schools’ Sixth Form – Year 12 September 2027).

All current TWBS/WGS students will be offered a conditional place at WSSF if they wish to apply.

The deadline for completing the application form is 15 January 2027.

Conditional place offers will be sent out by 31 January 2027. All offers are conditional, based on final GCSE/Level 2 results.

Pre-enrolment to WSSF

From 22 February 2027, students will meet a senior member of staff to confirm their three course choices and one back up, based on their predicted grades, and to discuss how their attendance and attitude to learning will support their success at WSSF.

WSSF will hold a pre-enrolment day on 18 March 2027, when we will confirm which courses we can provisionally reserve for you.

WSSF reserves the right to withdraw a course if there is insufficient demand. Where this happens, we will contact affected students and help them choose a suitable alternative.
